RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Montarè Italia

At Montarè Italia, we want you to love every piece you purchase.
If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • The product has no stains, marks, smells, or signs of wear

  • Accessories, underwear, and final-sale items are not eligible for return

Montarè Italia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, Montarè Italia will cover the return cost.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are given for:

  • Product price

  • Taxes (if applicable)

Shipping fees are not refundable.


5. Exchanges

At the moment, Montarè Italia does not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or intimate products

  • Items purchased with more than 40% discount

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours after purchase.
After this window, the order will already be processing and cannot be canceled.
